When and where is Kamperfest 2026?
30 October–1 November 2026 at Manston Raceway Park, Spitfire Way, Manston, Ramsgate, CT12 5FE.
What time can I arrive, and when must I leave?
Camping arrivals open at 2pm on Friday 30 October. Gates open at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. The campsite must be vacated by 11am on Monday 2 November.
Are day tickets available?
Not at the moment. The tickets currently on sale are for the full weekend with camping.
Do I need to own a VW?
No. Kamperfest welcomes campers, tents, cars, bikes, classic vehicles and visitors of all kinds.
Are tickets on sale, and what age counts as a child?
Yes. The early-bird allocation has sold out. Adult weekend tickets start at £55 plus booking fee, and children under 16 go free. Anyone under 16 books a child ticket; anyone aged 16 or over needs an adult ticket. FestivalTools has the current ticket choices and booking information.
Who is confirmed for the 2026 line-up?
The confirmed 2026 artists include DJ Slipmatt, Simply Quo Live, The Self Titled, Level Up, Ellis Dee, GlenTertainment DJ, RayMND with a special all-vinyl set, DAMc, and DJ Neal P with Dosed Up Gary. Acts and running order are subject to change.
What activities will there be?
Manston racing, a Sunday charity auction, an on-site Show & Shine, competitions, children’s colouring, painting and activities, Horror / Scary Movies / Halloween Fright fancy dress, markets, workshops, evening entertainment, street food and independent traders are all part of the 2026 weekend.
Is there a Kamperfest car show or vehicle display in 2026?
There is no separate public Kamperfest car show or advertised vehicle display. A relaxed Show & Shine for vehicles already attending Kamperfest is planned for Sunday and is included at no extra cost for wristband holders.
What racing is planned, and is it included?
Manston Raceway Park’s Halloween Showdown runs across Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, with Run What Ya Brung and no-prep racing. Watching is included for Kamperfest wristband holders. Anyone who wants to race pays Manston separately and follows the Raceway’s sign-on and safety requirements.
What is happening on Sunday?
Sunday includes racing until around 5pm, a charity auction at midday and an on-site Show & Shine for Kamperfest attendees at no extra cost.
What is the 2026 fancy-dress theme?
Saturday night’s theme is Horror / Scary Movies / Halloween Fright. Homemade, imaginative and fully committed costumes are all welcome.
What food and traders will be there?
Expect a varied selection of street food and independent traders across the weekend, including a main traders’ marquee and food-stall area. Individual trader names will be announced when ready.
Will there be covered areas if the weather turns?
Yes. Event marquees beside the bars provide useful shelter, alongside the main traders’ marquee and food-stall area.
Which facilities are available?
The site has toilets, accessible toilets, drinking water, skips, chemical-toilet disposal, first aid and security. There are no showers, electric hook-ups, phone-charging service or public Wi-Fi.
What accessibility arrangements are available?
Manston Raceway Park is flat and offers a choice of hard-standing or soft-ground camping, with accessible site toilets. Please contact the team before booking if you would like to discuss a specific access need.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Dogs must be kept on a lead, be comfortable around potentially loud noise, and be cleaned up after at all times.
Can I bring glass, a barbecue, fire pit or generator?
No. Glass, barbecues, fire pits and generators are not permitted on site.
How does club camping work?
A club receives 10% off once it reaches 10 adult weekend bookings. One club representative should email kamperfestival@gmail.com to arrange the club booking and camping area.
Do I need to wear my wristband?
Yes. Wristbands must be worn throughout the event. Take a damaged wristband to Event Control or Reception for help.
Is Kamperfest on a bank-holiday or half-term weekend?
It is not a bank-holiday weekend. Kent’s published October school holiday runs Monday 26 to Friday 30 October, so Kamperfest begins on the final Friday of local half-term. School dates can vary, so check your school’s calendar.
How do I find the correct entrance?
Use CT12 5FE and enter through Manston Raceway Park’s main entrance on Spitfire Way, opposite Summit Aviation. Follow Kamperfest signs on arrival. The Find Us page has driving and public-transport guidance.
What is the closest train station?
Thanet Parkway is the closest station and has direct high-speed services from London St Pancras. There is no taxi rank and currently no scheduled bus service at the station, so pre-book a taxi or arrange pick-up for both your outward and return journeys.
